Council Presidents
At its 2010 16th Session, the 36-members of Council elected, by acclamation, Mr. Syamal Kanti Das (India) its president.
The ISA Council also elected Cote d'Ivoire, Trinidad and Tobago, Poland and Italy to serve as vice-presidents representing the African, Latin American and Caribbean, Eastern European and Western European Groups respectively.
