The Secretariat of the International Seabed Authority (ISA) is seeking a qualified individual or entity to provide professional photography services during Part II of the annual session of the Authority scheduled for July 2023 at a competitive rate.
Under the direct supervision of the Communications Unit, the potential contractor will capture high quality photos of the venue, delegates and Secretariat staff during the annual session of the Council and Assembly of ISA, which will take place from 10 to 28 July 2023. The potential contractor will be expected to be onsite from 9:00AM to 6:00PM from Monday to Friday and share a selection of edited photos with the Communications Unit of ISA twice per day: 1.00PM and 5.00PM, during the duration of the services.
Applicants should have a minimum of five years of professional experience working in photography with demonstrated experience in covering large events. Working experience with other international organizations is desirable.
